Phlebologist
Fraser Clinic founder, Dr Geoff Olsen, has been a General Practitioner in Tauranga for over 20 years as well as training as a Cosmetic Physician and Phlebologist specializing in non-surgical vein treatments. He is well respected within the medical profession.
As a Phlebologist, Dr Olsen incorporates the use of Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy, Endovenous Laser and Microsclerotherapy for a comprehensive range of treatments of veins. Also used are light based therapies including IPL for facial veins including Rosacea.
With more than 18 years’ experience in cosmetic medicine Dr Olsen also has wide experience in minor surgical techniques and the safe and effective use of Botox, Dermal Fillers, light based therapies including IPL – Intense Pulsed Light with the Photoderm and Quantum and with Active FX, CO2 laser fractional facial skin resurfacing. He also has significant post graduate General Anaesthetic experience.

Trained and still practicing as an Intensive Care Nurse, Kate added appearance medicine to her portfolio around 16 years ago. Initially working with the introduction of IPL in New Zealand, Kate has added a wide range of medical aesthetic treatments to her portfolio over the years.
Trained extensively with both national and international industry experts over the last 16 years, Kate offers expertise and guidance in the application of Dermal fillers, Botulinum Toxin, Intense Pulsed light therapy and specialises in Microsclerotherapy for the treatment of spider veins. Kate also offers expertise in medical grade skin care products and peels having trained with Advanced Skin Technology Institute and has recently introduced the new V2 Skin Boosters.
She has a passion for natural, appropriate results that are tailored for each individual client.
Practice Manager
Gail has been Practice Manager for Fraser Clinic for nearly 12 years. With a background in nursing, Gail has always enjoyed working within the medical field in some aspect. With her bright and positive manner, Gail ably manages the Fraser Clinic team and assists in arranging your medical insurance cover to make your visits worry free.
Outside of the clinic, Gail enjoys spending time with her grand-children and grand-puppies, reading, gardening, walking and spending time with family and friends.
Receptionist
Jacqui is your first point of contact at Fraser Clinic for all enquiries and bookings. Having worked within the health industry in various roles over the past 20 years, Jacqui’s well rounded knowledge combined with her friendly, approachable and efficient manner will ensure you will feel confident and relaxed during your experience with Fraser Clinic.
When Jacqui isn’t at the clinic, you can find her gardening, reading, mountain bike riding, learning guitar or spending time with her grandchildren.
MoleMedic
Dr Brian Wills trained at Otago Medical School, and has practised in Mt Maunganui and Tauranga since 1979.
His interest in skin cancer and skin surgery began when he worked in Waikato Hospital in the plastic surgery ward as a young doctor.
Over 35 years he has seen a very large range of skin cancers and sun damaged skin. During that time he has gained extensive experience and expertise in the surgical removal of skin cancers and melanoma using grafts and skin flaps.
He holds the Australian Diploma of Dermoscopy where the emphasis is placed on early and accurate diagnosis of all skin cancers, not just melanoma. The dermatoscope is used to examine the skin by surface microscopy. Suspicious moles and lesions are digitally imaged and recorded for future comparison.

Sonographer - Focus Ultrasound
Sally has extensive experience as a sonographer and is originally from Yorkshire where she obtained a Diploma of Medical Ultrasound (UK). In 1997, Sally and her family immigrated to New Zealand. Two years later, Sally began working with Dr Geoff Olsen when he introduced Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy to Tauranga, a non surgical treatment for varicose veins.
For clients who are having varicose vein treatments, Sally will do a preliminary map of the legs to ascertain which treatment will be most suitable. A sonographer also assists when varicose vein treatments are performed at Fraser Clinic.
