Kate Schuler NZRN

Kate Schuler is a registered General and Obstetrics nurse, whose background in nursing is 20 years in Intensive and Coronary care.

Kate divides her time between Fraser Clinic and Tauranga Hospital Intensive Care Unit and instructing in Advanced Care Life Support for the New Zealand Resuscitation Council. She has also been a regular features writer in the health and beauty section of UNO Lifestyle Magazine.

Kate began working with Dr Olsen over 8 years ago with the introduction of Intense Pulsed Light Therapy (IPL). She is an experienced Intense Pulsed Light practitioner offering photo rejuvenation treatment for sun damage, facial veins and rosacea, and permanent hair reduction.

Kate has developed an extensive appearance medicine portfolio and offers many years experience in the injection of Botox and Dermal fillers, Mircosclerotherapy for spider veins and can ably advise on skin care treatment products.  She assists both Dr Olsen and Mr Morgan with Endovenous laser treatments for varicose veins and works closely with Dr Olsen assisting with Tumescent Liposculpture procedures.  Kate has recently trained in the use and applications for Active FX Fractional Facial Skin Resurfacing.
