Dr Mark Morgan Mark Morgan trained as a General and Vascular Surgeon in the United Kingdom becoming a consultant at University Hospital Lewisham in 2001 and participated in providing a regional vascular service to much of South East England. He came to New Zealand with his family in 2004, is registered with the New Zealand Medical Council in both General and Vascular surgery and works at the Tauranga Public and Grace Hospitals. He has extensive expertise in the management of varicose veins – both surgical and non-surgical techniques – and joined the team at the Fraser Clinic in 2005. His private practice includes dealing with all aspects of vascular surgery as well as hernia and gallstone disease. Qualifications and Associations: Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery – MBBS 1989 (London University) Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons – FRCS 1994 (London) MSc in Vascular Science and Technology – 1997 (Imperial College London) European Specialist Registry in General and Vascular Surgery – 2000 Member of New Zealand Vascular Society since 2004 Mark is married to Jane (a Kiwi) and has a girl and a boy – all loving being in New Zealand |
