Dr Brian Wills

Dr Brian Wills has been in general practice in Mount Maunganui since 1979.  Over 30 years he has seen a very large range of skin cancers and sun damaged skin.  Dr Brian Wills has been involved in the surgical treatment of skin cancers including skin grafts and 'flap' surgery.  More lately he has been involved in the surgical skin cancer programme funded by the DHB and WBOP PHO.

Dr Brian Wills' experience with unusual moles has made him look for a new technology for diagnosing and monitoring of suspicious moles, and he now uses SIAscopy which flashes light 2mm into the mole to give more information, and to monitor changes.
